Concrete restoration is the use of cement and epoxy materials to restore, repair and clean old concrete to make it look new. Typically done to restore old warehousing locations where removal and replacement of concrete is not a cost effective option. Large sawcut joints can be rebuilt with epoxy mortar after years of forklift abuse has deteriorated it beyond the limits of the joint filler. Cracks in slabs can be routed and repaired to leave a smooth and aesthetic finish. Concrete slabs that have sunk or are rocking can be stabilized to prevent further damage from occurring.
